RAITA is “Rinet Artificial Intelligence Traffic Analyzer”. It is a network TCP/IP traffic analyzer; it monitors network traffic and blocks packets that are suspicious.

RAITA provides additional security to your Intranet. Your current firewalls, authorization and authentication services will work unchanged, RAITA adds a new layer of security. RAITA finds traffic that it has not seen earlier, suspicious behaviour for a client or service. RAITA does not have any traditional rules, instead it learns how people use the services in your Intranet. New users will first automatically teach RAITA as they use their Intranet tools, then go into operative mode where RAITA constantly monitors the user traffic. If traffic gets blocked then the user can unblock the packets by going to training mode for a while, using RAITA’s 2FA authentication app. RAITA will also learn how a users colleagues behave, colleagues with similar usage patterns will make a users similar kind of traffic less suspicious.

RAITA can be used in conjunction to various server software. RAITA is in use in the Wesp VPN server. Rinet provides an API that you can use to include RAITA into your own server.
